I didn't come to the surgery. I had a home visit. Two questions above not applicable. Some difficulty initially. Eventually got a home visit. Correct diagnosis made and my choice of antibiotic supplied, which worked.

The surgery are aware that at present I cannot travel except to hospitals with hospital transport, yet I have to tell the same story every time I ring. It would be helpful if this were noted on the computer. Once I have had my knee surgery and have recovered from it I should be able to travel then, but in the meantime I cannot.

I was invited to attend an annual review for my diabetes so I was sent a link to book online, which was straight forward and quick to do. I did have to make a telephone appointment on the back of the results which I have to wait 3 weeks for!!

I had to wait along time for a follow up regarding my cholesterol test, it wasn't the end of the world thought and recognise it's not a major issue so I chose 3 stars as neutral. The surgery itself was clean, receptionist polite and helpful particularly as I found the screen check-in confusing, it came up with the nurse's name not mine when I tapped in my details (I am neurodivergent so that may be why:-)). The nurse was well informed and I felt we had a positive chat about my diet and exercise and next steps.

I don't think you can for me anywhere, not at the moment.
